Proximity to Major Airports
The Supplier is very fortunate to have many airports conveniently close to their depot. The closest is Baltimore – Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) at less than 5 miles and Ronald Reagan National at around 35 miles away. Washington DC – Dulles (IAD) is less than 60 miles and Philadelphia, PA – International (PHL) is less than 100 miles. As you can see they are very central to many airports and easy to find. Give them a call – they can direct you.

Transfers
The Supplier does not offer transfer service from/to any hotels or airports in the Albuquerque area. Clients will need to provide their own transportation at their own expense. Clients need to call the telephone numbers listed below in the morning of their scheduled pick up time and be at the rental station no less than one hour before the official closing time.

- Shuttle will collect passengers after 12:00.
- There is a US border crossing fee of $6 per person.

- Clients should expect border crossing delays into the US on weekends due to increased traffic.
- A Visa to enter the United States may be required.

Santa Ana Airport (SNA) is 38 miles and about 40 minutes from El Monte.

Vehicle collection:
• Motorhome Pick-up Time is after 1 pm based on vehicle readiness; even if clients arrive at the rental office earlier by transfer shuttle or on their own.

A shuttle service is offered from Vancouver International Airport area hotels cross border into the United States and to the physical depot in Ferndale for the collection and return of your vehicle. The supplier's depot is approximately 5 miles north of Bellingham Airport (BLI) and approximately 50 miles south east of Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in BC, Canada.

Transfer Information
Transfer from Vancouver to the supplier's Ferndale depot
- Transfer is offered from the hotels listed below but not directly from the airport arrival terminals.
- To use the transfer service, you must call the rental office between 9:00-9:30 AM the morning of motor home takeover to schedule pick up time and confirm hotel meeting point.
- Shuttle will collect passengers after 12:00.
- There is a US border crossing fee of $6 per person.
- Due to increased security and traffic, delays crossing into the US are possible. The supplier is not responsible for refunds of any type as a result of border crossing delays.
- Clients should expect border crossing delays into the US on weekends due to increased traffic.
- A Visa to enter the United States may be required.

Transfer from supplier's depot to Vancouver
- The transfer shuttle departs from the supplier's Ferndale depot at approximately 11:00.
- Due to increased security and traffic, delays crossing into Canada are possible. The supplier is not responsible for any refunds of any type as a result of border crossing delays.
- Return transfer offered directly to any hotel listed below or the airport departure terminals.

Please note: the supplier does not offer a transfer service from / to any hotels or airports in the Seattle area. Clients will need to provide their own transportation, to or from the depot, at their own expense.

Housekeeping Kits (Blankets, Towels, Dishes, Utensils and Cooking Ware) are not offered at the year-round Reno office. However, we will have some Housekeeping Kits at the temporary Reno facility. If you are interested in having Housekeeping Kits, we will just need to know that at the time of booking so we can be sure that to send enough to the temporary Reno facility.

Reno, NV is less than 3 miles from the Reno / Tahoe Airport (RNO) and it should take less than 10 minutes to arrive here.

Notification:

There are no alternative hotels for transfer shuttle service. However, the clients do not have to stay at a designated transfer hotel, they just need to meet the shuttle there.

The Roanoke Regional Airport (ROA) is less than 7 miles from our location in Troutville and we are very easy to find.

Transfer
There is no transfer shuttle service to or from surrounding Airport(s), Hotels or Downtown areas available from this location. Customers must make their own way to and from this location. Clients should call the supplier on the morning of scheduled pick-up to arrange a vehicle pick-up time and be at the station no less than 1 hour before station’s official closing time.  

Same Day Flight Arrival:
• Clients may only collect the motorhome on the same day that their flight arrives if . . .

1. They call the rental office after arrival to arrange a vehicle pick-up time.
2. Clients provide their own transportation at their own expense. The supplier does not offer transfer service or same day flight arrival.
3. They arrive at our rental station no less than 1 hour before station’s official closing time.

• Please remember to take potential flight delays, customs, baggage claim and traffic into account before deciding to collect the motorhome on the same day that the flight arrives. Whether the flight is domestic or international, the rules regarding Same Day Flight Arrival are the same.  There is no refund if client picks up later than the booked day of departure and no extended hours of operation to accommodate late arrivals.

Vehicle Pick Up:
• Motorhome Pick-up Time is after 1 pm based on vehicle readiness; even if clients arrive at the rental office earlier by transfer shuttle or on their own.
• There is no refund if client picks up later than the booked day of departure.
• Customers should allow 1-2 hours after arrival for vehicle orientation and rental contract processing.

Pick up time:  Mon-Fri 13.00-14.00
Drop off time:                09.00-11.00

The supplier's depot in Van Nuys, CA is only 22 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Depending upon traffic it should take you under 45 minutes to arrive here.

The depot is very close to a major airport for your convenience. Ontario International Airport (ONT) is only 35 miles away. We’re very easy to locate and will be waiting to look after your RV rental needs when you arrive.
